    To become a Zippian, all individuals who have a valid email ID, phone number, and are residents of the Middle East & Africa (MEA) are welcome. The process is as follows:
    • Fill out the sign-up form on the homepage. Please enter the details in all required fields and click the “Join” button.
    • After signing up, you will receive a confirmation email at your registered email ID to confirm your registration.
    • Please check your inbox and click the link in the email to activate your account.
    That’s it! Your account will be created with us. We kindly request you to complete your profile information thoroughly, hence the chance of getting relevant surveys will be more.
  • 2. What profile information do you need?
    Apart from basic demographic information, such as age, gender, and region, we also ask questions about your profession, interests, and ownership of products and services. This information will ensure that only relevant survey invitations are sent to our members. It is not used for any selling or marketing purposes.
  • 3. Why do you need my personal information?
    To ensure optimum value for your time and opinions, we will invite you only to those surveys that best match your demographic profile and interests. To do so, Zippy Opinion requires a certain level of personal information from you. This information is used only to profile each member for our surveys. Zippy Opinion respects privacy and supports the rights of its members by limiting the use of its information for legitimate marketing research purposes only.
  • 4. What will you do with my personal information?
    When you fill out a survey, Zippy Opinion uses your responses, along with those of other participants, to inform clients about consumers' attitudes toward their products or services. The registration information you provide gives clients a general picture of the types of people who completed the survey, such as how many men versus women, average level of education, etc. We use your email address to send you invitations to participate in new surveys and to contact you with messages about Zippy Opinion. We use your postal address to mail any survey-related incentives or product samples.
  • 5. Will I be spammed with undesired/unsolicited mails?
    Absolutely not. We will only send relevant communications, including promotional emails and updates, that are part of our service. Rest assured, no unsolicited emails will be sent.
  • 6. Is there any membership rule-book? / Are there any membership rules I should know about?

    The main principle for membership and the way we treat our members is based on honesty and authenticity. We ask our members to answer our surveys honestly. With our quality checks in place, we ensure that surveys have been answered in an appropriate time and sufficiently well. Members who do not follow these simple principles risk having their accounts deleted and losing their reward(s).

  • 7. How to activate my account after signing up?

    After signing up with us we will send a confirmation email to your registered email Id. Please check your inbox and click on the link which we will send to activate your account.

  • 8. Can I unsubscribe?

    Your membership with Zippy Opinion is entirely voluntary. You can unsubscribe at any time by contacting us via email at mea.support@zippyopinion.com
    Please note that if you deactivate your account, any rewards or money you have accumulated will not be paid. If you rejoin Zippy Opinion, the rewards accumulated previously will not be carried forward to your new account.

  • 9. How can I cancel my membership?

    Membership can be canceled by clicking on the "Unsubscribe" button available under the survey invitation, or by writing to us at mea.support@zippyopinion.com or by logging into member’s account.

  • 10. It is showing that I am already registered, but I have not registered yet with Zippy Opinion. What should I do?

    You may have already registered with us. Please try resetting your password or write to us at mea.support@zippyopinion.com

  • 11. What will happen after I join?

    We will send you an e-mail welcoming you to the panel. After that, we will contact you periodically by e-mail/SMS/Push Notifications to ask you to take part in a survey. The e-mail/SMS will contain all the information you need to participate, including the URL to visit to take the survey. When you take a survey, you’ll have the opportunity to earn points and win prizes.

  • 12. I have just registered but cannot access my account.

    You need to verify your email ID to activate your Zippy Opinion account. Verify your email ID by clicking on the link sent to your registered email ID. If you still have any issues, please write to mea.support@zippyopinion.com

  • 13. I never received my confirmation email to activate my account.

    There are a variety of reasons for this to happen. The email may still be in transit. Depending on internet traffic, it can take a couple hours for emails to arrive. This is more likely to happen around holidays and peak sending times. Ensure that you have given the correct email – no spaces or misspellings. Please check your junk folder and ensure that your email is not using anti-junk software to block any email addresses. If you still have not received an email, navigate back to the registration page and re-enter your email to prompt another confirmation mail.

  • 14. What I have to do after registering?

    After successful registration, please log in to your account using your username and password. Please fill out your profile completely to increase your chances of receiving the most relevant surveys.

  • 15. Can other members of my household also join Zippy Opinion?

    Sorry, but only one email address per household is allowed to register with Zippy Opinion. The member who joins should be the person who wants to take the most surveys. However, other members of your family can still take our surveys! Look for invitations asking for opinions from “the teen in your household” or “the male in your household,” etc., and ask the appropriate family member to respond. Any rewards and prizes earned by other family members will be added to your rewards account.

  • 16. I am unable to login. How to resolve?

    Please clear your browser’s data and try to log in. If the issue is not resolved yet, please reset your password by clicking on "Forgot Password" on the login page. A link will be sent to your registered email ID from which you can reset your password and then log in to your account. If you are still unable to log in, please write to us at mea.support@zippyopinion.com

  • 17. What is my User Id?

    All registered panelists are separately sent an email with their User ID. In any case, if you have not received it, please write to mea.support@zippyopinion.com. If you are not registered yet but interested in joining us, please sign up with us.

  • 18. How do I login to the Member website?

    Simply visit the Zippy Opinion website, enter the email address you used to join the panel along with your Zippy Opinion password in the Sign In fields, and click “Login.”

    A Consumer Panel consists of a group of consumers from various segments, who are generally recruited by research companies and agencies and are believed to represent the entire market. They are treated as respondents to answer specific research questions relating to product testing, taste testing, ad testing or other areas.

    It is preferred to update your profile monthly to enhance the chance of getting more relevant surveys.

  • 12. How do I delete my account?

    An account can be deleted by clicking on the Unsubscribe button available under the survey invitation, by writing to mea.support@zippyopinion.com or by logging into the member’s account.

  • 13. If I join again after deleting my account, will my previous information get activated?

    Sorry, it will be a fresh start. We will consider you as a new panelist.

  • 14. Can I have more than one membership account?

    No, each person can only register with one account. Our system identifies multiple account entries, and we reserve the right to delete any account where members have attempted to register with multiple accounts.

  • 15. What benefit will I get after successful profile completion?

    The more profile information you enter, the more number of surveys you receive. Having your profile information complete also ensures that you receive surveys relevant to your profile and interest which could bring you more rewards.

  • 16. How do I change my password?

    To change your Zippy Opinion password, login to the Zippy Opinion website using your email address and current password. Click on “Your Profile” tab and then “Update Profile” and follow the instructions provided.

  • 17. I’ve forgotten my password, what can I do?

    Please reset your password by clicking “forgot password” link in the login page. We will send you a link to your registered email Id, clicking on that you can reset your password.

  • 18. How can I check my points?

    To check your account balance and see how many Points you have earned, login to the Zippy Opinion website, click on “Rewards” tab to check the earned points and redemption history.

  • 19. What is the difference between member profile and surveys?

    Member Profiles (available for online panelists ONLY) tell us a little about you and allow us to target you for surveys that match your interests or experience. You can complete these at your leisure in the “My Profile” area.

    Surveys are studies in which you will be asked to provide your opinions on specific products, services or advertisements. Surveys are open only for a limited time, until response quotas are met.

    Occasionally, a study has very specific qualifications that only a small percentage of the population will meet, such a situation might occur when a pharmaceutical company requests feedback from sufferers of a rare disease. In cases like these, it may be necessary to query the entire panel using survey screeners in order to find the handful of panelists who meet the qualifications for a study.

  • 1. What kind of survey questions will I get?

    The survey questions will be based on your profile information. Please login to your account and complete the profile information properly to get most relevant survey questions.

  • 2. How can I get the surveys?

    We will send you an email invitation when a relevant survey is conducted based on your profile information. Therefore, kindly complete your profile information by logging into your account.

  • 3. What is the length of a typical survey?

    It depends on the subject matter and type of survey. Our shortest surveys could be between 1 to 5 minutes, and the longest surveys could be up to 25 minutes.

  • 4. How often will I get the surveys?

    The frequency of receiving surveys depends on the accuracy of your profile information, your regular participation, and the availability of projects. However, we have the Perennial Points Platform (PPP), which is a tab under the dashboard that allows you to access more surveys through our partners.

  • 5.Can I refuse to take any survey?

    Yes, of course. It is completely your choice whether you want to complete a survey or not. If you haven’t attempted any surveys for a long time, you may receive an email from us checking whether you wish to continue being a member of Zippy Opinion.

  • 6.Can I leave any survey in the middle?

    Yes, of course. However, you will not earn any points from that survey. It is always advised to complete any survey to earn reward points.

  • 7. I have taken a survey, but it is not showing in “Total surveys completed” section.

    Please note that only successfully completed surveys are counted in the “Total Surveys Completed” section. If you have completed a successful survey but it is not showing in the “Total Surveys Completed” section, please write to us at mea.support@zippyopinion.com

  • 8. How can I participate in a survey?
    Complete your full registration on Zippy Opinion and verify your email by clicking on the link you receive in your inbox. If a survey matches your profile, you will receive an invitation via email or SMS, or you can see the available surveys in your account dashboard. The more up-to-date your profile information is, the greater your chances of being invited to participate in surveys.
  • 9. Why I got the message “You are not qualified to take this survey”?

    This is because some surveys are looking for a very specific group of people who meet a very narrow set of demographic criteria. Sometimes, determining whether someone qualifies for a survey takes just a few questions, other times it may take more questions. Please know we appreciate your participation and that even when you don’t qualify, your participation helps contribute to the success of the study. To increase the chances that you will qualify for future online surveys, update all the profile categories under your panel account. Remember, you will also be awarded up to 100 Zippy Points for profile completion.

  • 10. Why do I get asked the same question more than once?

    This is just to find the right surveys for you. Although it might seem like an inconvenience or a mistake that you are asked the same question more than once – rest assured that it is not and please bear with us through this quality process.
    This process gives us a better chance of finding a survey for you and provides better quality data to our clients who are looking for a certain type of person.

  • 11. How can you ensure I will get the most relevant survey invitation?

    We send surveys based on your profile information. If you fill your profile properly then the probability of getting the most relevant survey will be high. Please login and check your profile information.

  • 12. I was trying to take a survey but it is showing “Quota Full”. What will I do?

    The respondent will be terminated from the survey when the quotas for that specific target group are met. This is the case of “Quota Full”. Learn more

  • 13.Is there any target to complete surveys in one month?

    No, there is no target. However, it is good practice to complete the surveys you get so that you can earn more points and redeem e-gift vouchers from Flipkart, Amazon, Freecharge & Charity MSF.

  • 14. Why I am not getting surveys?

    It purely depends upon the panelist profile details. The more detailed your profile is the more survey opportunities you get. We request our members to keep updating their profile to increase the chances of getting more appropriate surveys which can be potentially completed.

    When you find yourself with some spare time and there are no survey invitations available in your inbox, we have additional survey opportunities for you to take from your account. Please login to your panel account and check the survey opportunities that matches your profile.

  • 15. Can I put my account on hold if I am not getting time to take surveys?

  • 16. How will I get survey invitation?

    E-mail will be our primary means of contact. The email will always state that you are being contacted as a member of Zippy Opinion, and we will always state what the level of reward is. However, on occasion we may contact you by SMS, by push notifications (App users), by calling you or by sending a postal questionnaire to your registered address. We would take your permission to do so, where possible. You will always be able to clearly identify any communication from us – emails, SMS and letters will be very clearly from Zippy Opinion and in any phone call we will clearly tell you that it is someone calling on behalf of Zippy Opinion. All our surveys are for genuine research purposes and your answers will never be used to try to sell you something later.

  • 17. Why did I get terminated in the middle of the survey?

    This is because some surveys are looking for a very specific group of people who meet a very narrow set of demographic criteria. Sometimes, determining whether someone qualifies for a survey takes just a few questions, other times it may take more questions. Please know we appreciate your participation and that even when you don’t qualify, your participation helps contribute to the success of the study. To increase the chances that you will qualify for future online surveys, update all the profile categories under your panel account. Remember, you will also be awarded up to 125 Zippy Points for profile completion.

  • 18. How can I participate in more surveys?

    Login to your Zippy Opinion panel account and try to complete your profile. It helps us to find more appropriate survey opportunities. The more the profile details the more the survey opportunities.

  • 19. How do you know if my responses are accurate?

    We build in checks / balances / algorithms within the survey to check the accuracy of the responses. We also look at time that it takes to fill responses in order to know whether your response is genuine or not.

  • 20. Sometimes it seems as though I’ve answered a lot of questions only to find out I don’t qualify for the whole survey. Why?

    This is because some surveys are looking for a very specific group of people who meet a very narrow set of demographic criteria. Sometimes, determining whether someone qualifies for a survey takes just a few questions, other times it may take more questions.

  • 21. How to handle Quota full or Termination?

    Don’t be disheartened. Quota full is a part of market research surveys and the only way to work around it is to try and take the surveys as soon as you receive them.
    A person is usually terminated from a survey because he/she does not match the demographic audience which the research client is looking for. To ensure you do not get terminated often, we recommend you to fill/update your profile so that the right surveys reach you every time.

  • 22.What happens to my answers when I do not qualify?

    When you do not qualify for a survey, your responses cannot be used in the final research findings, and therefore are never transferred to our clients. Likewise, Zippy Opinion will never use or transfer these responses for internal use. As the information you entered cannot be used for our client’s research, most times no reward will be issued for an incomplete study.

  • 23. Why is the survey full when I just received the invitation a short time ago?

    Sometimes this happens if a survey is generating greater than expected responses. Also, the invitations aren’t necessarily delivered right away by your email service provider. We apologize for any inconvenience you may experience and thank you for your participation. Please know that more survey opportunities will become available.

  • 24. How many Zippy points will I get from referring my friend to Zippy Opinion?

    We will credit 100 points as referral bonus into your account.

Points & Rewards

  • 1. I read that I will get points, not money. What are these points? How can I earn them?

    Based on your personal information, we will send relevant surveys to you. As soon as you successfully complete a survey, you will earn anywhere between 25 and 250 Zippy points.

  • 2. What is the difference between available points and total available points in my dashboard?

    This is a typo in the dashboard. It is “Total points earned” and “Points available for redemption”

  • 3. Why the points differ for every survey?

    The point limit depends on the length of survey.

  • 4. Why my points got deducted though I haven’t used it?

    Upon project closure, all the responses collected would be analyzed. If we identify any responses provided to be invalid/ inappropriate, (invalid open-end responses, junk characters, completing the study within the intended timeline etc.) we will discard these responses, and the points awarded for the project would be deducted.

  • 5. Why I am not getting cash instead of points?

    You can earn points upon successful completion of surveys and reaching the threshold of 1000 points you can redeem e-gift vouchers from Amazon, Wallmart, Starbucks, Charity – MSF.

  • 6. How do I redeem my points and what is the redemption milestone?

    Login to your Zippy Opinion panel account and check the total points earned. Once you reach 1000 Zippy Points, you can hit on the “Redeem” button and your Zippy points can be redeemed for gift vouchers, coupons, and products as per your choice.

  • 7. What is the lifetime of the points?

    Points will be available under member’s account until he makes redemption or terminates/unsubscribe his account.

  • 8. How long does it take for my Points to be credited into my account after I complete a survey?

    You will be able to see the points in your account instantly but will be under “unapproved” status and will not be used until the points are approved upon validating the responses and closing the project.

  • 9. What is the maximum and minimum number of points I can get for completing a survey?

    You can get anywhere between 25 and 250 Zippy points for the successful completion of a survey.

  • 10. How can I spend my points? Can I redeem a part of my points and the rest to redeem later?

    Yes, of course. But the minimum threshold limit is 1000 points to redeem voucher.

  • 11. How long does it take for me to receive my rewards?

    All redemptions will be fulfilled within 2 to 4 weeks.

  • 12. Can I redeem points the moment I have completed a survey? How often will you update my points?

    Zippy Points for each and every survey completed would instantly be credited to the panelist account under the status “unapproved”. These points will be approved upon validating the responses, which usually happens within 8 to 12 days from project completion. Redemption can be made upon reaching the minimum threshold of 1000 Zippy points.

  • 13. Can I give my points to any of my friends?

    Sorry, you do not have an option to transfer the points earned to your friend’s account.

  • 14. Can I get incentive other than points?

    For all the surveys that you complete you will earn Zippy points which can be redeemed towards Amazon/Flipkart/Freecharge and XOXO e-gift vouchers. We do have an option for philanthropy – MSF – Humanitarian, if you wish to donate your earned points. We are looking to add more options in the near future.

  • 15. How many points can I earn?

    There is absolutely no limit on how many points you accumulate through Zippy Opinion as there are variety of opportunities available for you such as Zippy Opinion research surveys, quick Polls, profile surveys, referral bonus.

  • 16. Why Should I refer people to Zippy Opinion?

    At Zippy Opinion we provide you with an opportunity to invite your friends and express their opinion. While you are expanding your network, we will put 100 Zippy points in your account basket when your friend completes his first survey after registering with Zippy Opinion.

  • 17. How can I invite friends to join Zippy Opinion?

    Login to your account, select “Invite Friends”. You can then use the form to invite your friends directly from your contact list.

  • 18. Why does it take longer to receive credit for some surveys than others?

    The timing of crediting for points depends on the survey. For some surveys, credits are applied very quickly or within a few days, while for others, the credits are applied after the survey has closed. You can expect to wait a maximum of six weeks from survey closure for points to be credited to your account, though we try to limit this as much as possible.

  • 19. How Zippy Opinion gives rewards to the panelists?

    Electronic vouchers (e-vouchers) will be sent to the email address associated with your Zippy Opinion account.

  • 20. Is there any time regulation to redeem the voucher?

    No, there is no time regulation to redeem the voucher. Members can redeem voucher whenever they accumulate 1000 or 1000+ points.

  • 21. How many points do I have to accumulate to redeem my points?

    You have to accumulate a minimum threshold of 1000 points to redeem a gift voucher of $10 from Amazon, Wallmart, Starbucks, Charity – MSF.

  • 22. What type of vouchers can I get?

  • 23. Are there any costs associated with redeeming points and receiving vouchers?

    There is no associated cost as everything is online.

  • 24. Why was my redemption request rejected?

    Redemptions may be rejected due to a violation of our terms and conditions. Each member must “maintain and promptly update the information you provide during registration, and any other information you provide to us, so as to keep it accurate, updated and complete.” No member may create more than one account on our site and no surveys may be taken on IP addresses inconsistent with the registration data collected on your geography.

  • 5. What if I have technical difficulties with a survey, and why does this happen?

    We do a variety of surveys for many clients. Some of these surveys are programmed by us, others are programmed by our clients and hosted on their systems. A major factor in technical issues is that survey respondents are using a wide variety of operating systems, browsers, Internet connection types, and hardware, and not all are necessarily compatible with the technology of all surveys that may be available. And, of course, sometimes, human error is a factor.   • 6. My internet got disconnected in the middle of the survey. Can I complete that survey later?

    Yes, you can access the survey again. But it depends upon the survey and your browser settings. Either you would be allowed to continue from where you left, or you would be allowed to start from the scratch.

  • 7. Why am I not receiving any emails from Zippy Opinion?

    Zippy Opinion only sends email to Members with confirmed email addresses. If you recently joined Zippy Opinion and have never received an email from us, your email address may not be confirmed.
    Check your inbox and Bulk/Spam folders for your confirmation email, you would have received from Zippy Opinion. Follow the instructions provided in the email to confirm your email address. Also, please add admin@zippyopinion.com to your safe senders list.

  • 8. If I have received a password error message, what should I do?

    When logging in as a member, please ensure that you are using the correct email address and password. If the issue is not solved, then please reset your password by clicking on forgot password in the login page. A link will be sent to your registered email Id from where you can reset your password and then login to your account.

    Our relationship with members is based on trust, and we take every step to protect personal information. We do not pass your details on to third parties for marketing purposes.     We ask most specific questions in survey, based on brands for whom surveys are conducted. Questions are meant to understand whether you are within the target segment for attending the survey or not.
